Morana Online is a free browser MMORPG. Create your hero, explore a kingdom under Morana’s influence, speak to NPCs, complete quests and collect items dropped into the world. Your loop is simple: explore, fight or gather, pick up loot, compare gear and head out stronger.

A drop on the ground is not automatically added to your inventory. Loot is at the heart of your progression.
✦ Player tip
Begin with a quest, an NPC and a first piece of gear before challenging dangerous monsters.
On a French keyboard the default movement keys are Z/S/Q/D; use Space to jump, E to interact, I for inventory and Escape for menus. Keys 1 and 2 attack, 3 activates protection, H heals, W mounts and T returns. Enter opens chat. You can remap controls in settings.

⚡ Key point
You must be close enough to an NPC, portal, chest or resource; several actions require being on foot. Mobile has touch controls.
✦ Good habit
Locate the Action button on the HUD before attempting a gathering challenge.
Your gear grants damage, armor, speed, fishing, hunting, loot and sometimes resource stats. Many picked-up items and quests award XP. Points contribute to the leaderboard, gold is used for purchases and crystals are associated with premium offers.

The observed XP needed from level N to N+1 is N × 10,000 XP: level 5 to 6 requires 50,000 XP.

Do not judge gear by damage alone: a fishing or loot bonus can be better for farming.
